Azure Spanier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 1994, they began their career as an Acquisition Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 1998. Azure then transitioned to the corporate sector and joined Target as a Corporate Human Resource employee from 2001 to 2003.

From 2003 onwards, Azure worked at STChealth, starting as a Human Resource Manager and later becoming the Human Resource Director from 2005 to 2015. Subsequently, they held the position of Executive Director of Finance and Administration from 2015 to 2017, followed by Vice President Corporate Assets from 2017 to 2019. Azure then served as the Vice President of the Consumer & Analytics Division from 2019 to 2020. Azure held a separate role as the Vice President of Professional Services starting in 2021, and in 2022, they became the Chief Client Experience Officer.

Currently, Azure holds the position of CHIEF Member at a company called Chief, starting from February 2023.

Azure Spanier obtained a BSBA degree in Human Resources from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional from the SHRM institution, obtained in September 2015, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2014.
