Moumita Roy

Moumita Roy has extensive experience in human resources and customer management, currently serving as a Business Account Manager and Head of Human Resources at STCS since December 2018. Previously, Moumita held several key positions at Steelman Telecom Pvt Ltd, including Zonal HR Manager and HR Operation Manager, where expertise in grievance handling and recruitment cost management was demonstrated. Prior to that, Moumita worked as HR - ADMIN Head at Toshniwal Enterprises Controls Pvt. Ltd., focusing on recruitment processes, and began a career in education as a teacher at M. N. Academy. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resource Management from St. Xavier's College, a Master of Science in Environmental Health Engineering from Presidency University, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Scottish Church College.
