Ste Marie is a globally-engaged concept strategy & commercial design studio. We work with independent hospitality, food, retail, and wellness entrepreneurs, as well as international hotel groups, real estate development firms, and global luxury brands. One of our joys is connecting these groups, leveraging shared goals to bring concept and narrative to life in the built environment.

Ste Marie's purpose is to bring worlds to life. We exist to evoke a feeling, to engineer experience, and to activate that which can and should be. To manifest possible worlds.

Everything we do is through
the lens of human experience. We prioritize the intangible experiences of care, comfort, identity, and resonance in every project.

Our work is deeply rooted in hospitality and guest experience, focusing on how people engage with and feel within a space. We design for emotional connection, anticipating user needs, and delivering experiences that are personalized and meaningful.
