Since November 2010, Cindy has been with Steadfast Group Limited, overseeing the end-to-end management of professional indemnity and management liability claims on a national and international scale, with a focus on swift and effective resolutions. Prior to this role, Cindy held positions at DLA Piper, WorkCover NSW, Vero Insurance, HIH Insurance, Aon Australia, and Australian Insurance Agency Pool, accumulating extensive expertise in handling complex litigation and ensuring client needs are met throughout their career.
