Michael Balcomb

Michael Balcomb serves as the Group Head of Procurement at Steadfast Group Limited since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Advisory Consultant at Arc Blue (a part of Bain & Company) and MadePartners from March 2022 to February 2024, focusing on the strategy for regional expansion of sourcing and auditing services in the Asia Pacific. Michael's extensive experience at DHL from February 2006 to December 2021 includes significant leadership positions such as Vice President Head of Procurement for Asia Pacific and AP Procurement Transformation Manager, where achievements involve driving procurement transformation, expanding regional teams, and enhancing procurement savings and employee engagement. Michael's procurement career began at IBM as a Procurement Manager for Global Logistics in the Asia Pacific region from September 1999 to January 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle.
