Andrew Burkes

Andrew Burkes, AIC-M, AINS, is a seasoned workers' compensation claims professional with extensive experience in the field. They began their career as a Claims Adjuster II at F.A. Richard & Associates, where they managed workers' compensation cases and mediated treatment plans. They later served as a Claims Consultant at CCMSI, overseeing all aspects of indemnity claims for a government trust account. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Claims Specialist at Mitsui Sumitomo Seguros, administering and investigating claims while interfacing with various teams to address workplace safety. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Director of Claims at SteadPoint since 2025, while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management at the University of Mississippi.
