Simon Thiele

Simon has always been passionate about front-ends, and he loves to experiment with different approaches and technologies to get smiles on users' faces. After starting his professional career at codecentric in 2013, he joined Instana in early 2015. Until Instana’s integration into IBM's software portfolio in 2022, Simon worked as a full-stack engineer (mostly React frontend & Java backend), helping Instana to create a product that’s now enjoyed by tens of thousands of users.
