Scott Nass

Scott Nass, MD MPA FAAFP AAHIVS serves as the Chief Medical Officer at the Transgender Health and Wellness Center, focusing on primary care and gender-affirming healthcare services. Since February 2019, Scott has contributed to significant healthcare expansion within the transgender community. Other roles include Regional Medical Director at Aledade, Inc., Transgender Medicine eConsultant at AristaMD, and Board Secretary for the Health Professional Student Association. Additionally, Scott holds the position of Global Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity and has been active in various capacities within the California Academy of Family Physicians. As an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Keck Medicine of USC, Scott shares expertise while maintaining a commitment to public health and equity initiatives. Educational credentials include MD degrees from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, complemented by a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University.
