Ali al-Eid

Ali Al-Eid, Assoc. CIPD, COL, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ALFA Company since November 2022 and holds the position of Cofounder & COO at AFAQ for Human Resources since September 2015, alongside being the Training Manager at Noon Training Center since May 2019. Previously, Ali worked as the Human Resources Manager for the Saudi business unit at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company from November 2019 to November 2022, and held HR leadership roles at Almojil Supply & Services and Specialized Projects Co. LTD. Earlier career experience includes positions at Al Jomaih Bottling Company and Abdullah H. Al-Mutawa Sons' Holding Company in HR and administration roles. Ali began professional journey as the Public Relations Director at Scope for Public Relations and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 2009.
