Kearney consulting on cybersecurity-based strategies for Fortune 100 companies. Previous leadership roles with Nuix and Dell Computers where he led the strategy and sales for a $383 million U.S. Special Operations Command Program.
Mr. Berkoff retired from US Army Special Forces (Green Berets) as a Lieutenant Colonel, but after 9/11 returned to government service joining the National Security Agency (NSA) to provide strategic planning and forecasting for the Global War on Terrorism to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Director of National Intelligence, and the Undersecretary for Defense for intelligence. Berkoff was instrumental in developing the charter for the new Open-Source Center (OSC) under the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the US Army Command and General Staff College, he holds master’s degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Loyola University Maryland.
