Peter Gutman

Peter Gutman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, advisory roles, and executive leadership within the energy and climate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Hartree Partners, Co-Chair of the EPIC Advisory Board, and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Equator, Peter Gutman has a strong focus on climate venture and growth equity investments. Additionally, Peter is a Senior Advisor at Blue Bear Capital and has held roles as an Investor/Director at SteamaCo and SunCulture Kenya Ltd. Previously, Peter held senior leadership positions, including Managing Director at Gore Street Capital and Global Head of Energy, Resources & Infrastructure at Standard Chartered Bank. Peter's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BSIOE from the University of Michigan.
