We are NEW Chicago-based social impact technology. We are pioneering a multi-sided platform to make it easy for individuals to acquire skills and apply to high demand jobs that do not require a four-year degree, so they can increase their lifelong earnings. Our work is based on years of research, from our founders, professors Dr. Nichole Pinkard (Northwestern) and Dr. Stacy Lindau (UChicago). STEAMe will help drive scale and impact for organizations of all sizes and sectors, and create professional pathways for millions of individuals seeking alternate career routes.
