With a robust background as Global CEO and founder of H&M Move, they successfully launched a new sportswear brand and drove significant sales growth. Previously holding various leadership roles at adidas, Simon demonstrated expertise in global marketing and brand development across the sports and fashion industries. Simon earned an Executive Leadership degree from Harvard University, continuing to inspire teams and create strong cultures through their visionary leadership approach.
