Eric LE CLAINCHE

Eric LE CLAINCHE is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction and building management. Starting his career as a Responsable de groupe de maintenance at Groupe SNEF from 1999 to 2000, Eric progressed to work at Dalkia as Chargé d'affaires travaux between January 2007 and April 2008. From May 2008 to September 2017, Eric served as Responsable technique at CBRE, managing significant office spaces. Subsequently, Eric held the position of Chargé d’affaires at Paris Banlieue Constructions until February 2020 and is currently the Entrepreneur indépendant at BET LE CLAINCHE, overseeing construction economics and project management. Since February 2020, Eric has also been employed as Building Manager at Steam'O, responsible for a large office campus. Eric holds multiple qualifications, including a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Contrôle Industriel and a BEP in Electrotechnique from ENREA and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
