Jong Lee is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining communication systems. At 3Cinteractive from April 2012 to August 2019, Jong led the development of a telephony application server and managed secure credit card processing services. At imimobile, part of Webex, from August 2019 to August 2021, Jong designed RCS messaging services and developed reporting applications using Python. Subsequently, at Cisco from August 2021 to November 2024, Jong focused on RCS using Spring Boot microservices and migrated messaging systems to Kafka. Presently, Jong serves as an Integration Engineer at Steampunk, Inc. Earlier career experience includes roles as a software developer at Acacia International and EDX Wireless, where Jong contributed to scalable application servers and integration solutions. Jong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Oregon.
