As the owner of Neon Era, LLC, they focus on nostalgia-based collectibles and developing behavioral products for improved outcomes. Previously, Nick held various roles, including Innovation Manager and Design Thinking Catalyst Lead at GreenPath Financial Wellness, where they played a pivotal role in infusing Design Thinking and leading cross-functional projects.
