Nick B. is a Pi-shaped Design Thinking leader who currently serves as a Senior Service Designer at Steampunk, Inc., guiding government clients through Human-Centered Design methods. As the owner of Neon Era, LLC, they focus on nostalgia-based collectibles and developing behavioral products for improved outcomes. Previously, Nick held various roles, including Innovation Manager and Design Thinking Catalyst Lead at GreenPath Financial Wellness, where they played a pivotal role in infusing Design Thinking and leading cross-functional projects. Nick is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Michigan State University.
