Steve Bishop is a design leader specializing in UX and CX strategy with over a decade of experience in creating impactful digital products and services. They served as a User Experience Strategist at Foster Made, where they developed human-centered designs for mission-driven clients. Following that, they held the role of UX Product Design Manager at Capital One, leading initiatives across banking products and mentoring design teams. Currently, as a Senior Service Designer at Steampunk, they focus on enhancing mission operations for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection through strategic human-centered design. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
