Zachary Simons

Zachary Simons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, design, and community engagement. Currently serving as Co-Founder and President of Laurel Mountain Ski Club since May 2024, Zachary is dedicated to revitalizing winter sports and community spirit based on the legacy of the original club. In addition, Zachary holds the position of Senior Strategy Consultant/HCD Service Design Lead at Steampunk, Inc., where efforts focus on enhancing digital experiences for loan and grant applicants through Human-Centered Design-Thinking practices. Previously, Zachary spent five years at Highmark Health in various roles leading experience design strategies and fostering an innovation-focused company culture. Earlier career highlights include strategic roles at Smith Brothers Agency, Imagebox Productions, and Tailored Marketing, with a foundation in communication arts and psychology from Allegheny College.
