Steddy Company is a purpose-driven creative and operational consultancy and production house founded by Steve Eddy. With more than two decades of leadership in global film and television — including major production roles at Netflix and strategic operations at Michael Eisner’s Tornante Company — Steve brings studio-scale production know-how and team-building expertise to both storytelling and organisational transformation.
Through Steddy Company, he develops original content for a global audience while partnering with media companies, creators and executive teams to optimise workflows, enhance leadership performance and scale cross-regional operations. The firm’s focus: turning creative vision into operational clarity, and high ambition into sustainable execution.
