Tom Magnuson

Tom Magnuson is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Stedi since March 2025. With extensive experience at Bain & Company from August 2018 to March 2025, Tom held the position of Associate Partner, specializing in public healthcare corporations and healthtech firms. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant at Bain & Company, as well as a Summer Associate. Prior to Bain, Tom worked at Medtronic from October 2013 to July 2016 as a Senior R&D Engineer, contributing to innovative cancer diagnosis technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at Conventus Orthopaedics, where Tom facilitated the development of medical devices. Tom holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
