Ellen Jongeling

Ellen Jongeling is an experienced Service Manager currently responsible for ICT services at MijnAansluiting.nl since March 2019, also serving in the same role at Stedin through a secondment. Prior to this, Ellen held service management positions at Axians NL, where oversight of Telefonie and Network services resulted in high customer satisfaction, and at KPN Zakelijke Markt, managing Contact Center services for major clients including KLM. Ellen's earlier experience includes roles at Newtel Essence B.V., KPN, Unisource Business Networks, and Avantage, covering areas such as project management, network engineering, and contract management.
