Karsten Schoenmaker

Karsten Schoenmaker is a Senior Industrial Automation Engineer at Stedin, working in the Netautomatisering department since December 2022. Prior to this role, Karsten served as a System Application Specialist at Hitachi Energy and Hitachi ABB Power Grids from October 2021 to December 2022 and July 2020 to October 2021, respectively. Karsten accumulated extensive experience as an Application Engineer at ABB - Power Grids - Grid Automation from July 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included MicroSCADA applications, and also held the position of Sales Support Engineer focused on technical sales support for motors, drives, and building systems at Isolectra - Building Technology from March 2007 to June 2011. Karsten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elektrotechniek from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and graduated from Albeda College MTS between 1997 and 2001.
