Lance Cosaert

Lance Cosaert, PhD, is currently serving as the Category Lead ESG at Stedin, where they lead a specialist team focused on sustainable value creation and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Previously, they held various positions at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, including Vice-Chairman of the RSM Faculty Council and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for RSM Student Representation. Cosaert has also contributed significantly to the academic community as a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam and as a research associate at the Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation, where they researched national competitiveness and digital transformation. Their extensive experience includes consulting roles and leadership in student organizations, emphasizing strategic management and sustainability.
