Adam Ratliff

Adam Ratliff is an experienced independent adjuster specializing in energy loss claims across the downstream, midstream, power, and renewable sectors. With a background in mechanical engineering and professional engineering licensure in multiple states, Adam began their career at ExxonMobil as a fixed equipment engineer. Previously, Adam held roles at Braemar Technical Services, S-E-A, and ABL Group, where they provided technical expertise in forensic engineering and claims handling. Currently, Adam serves as an Executive Adjuster at SteegeXP, leveraging their comprehensive experience and custom programming solutions to enhance the claims process. Adam received a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, as well as a degree in Physics and Mathematics from Otterbein College.
