Eric Factor

Eric Factor serves as the CEO of CraneTech since February 2021 and holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Steel River since June 2020. In addition, Eric Factor has played a role as a Board Member at Spectrum Water Technology starting in October 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Strategy & Operations Manager at Turbonomic from January 2019 to July 2020, where Eric Factor was recognized with a Board of Directors leadership award. Earlier roles at Accenture included Management Consultant and various analyst positions from October 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Eric Factor completed five summer internships at The TJX Companies, Inc. from 2010 to 2014 and worked as a ski instructor at Ski Ward Ski Area from November 2010 to March 2012. Eric Factor earned a degree from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
