Andrada I.

Andrada I. is an experienced design and research professional with a strong background in user experience and political science. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Steelcase since December 2022, Andrada effectively contributes to creating innovative work solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior UX Researcher at 8x8, where contributions were made to product management through data-driven research. At Questia Group, Andrada held dual roles as User Researcher and Chief Research Officer, managing extensive research initiatives across multiple sectors. As an Assistant Professor at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Andrada oversaw and instructed numerous undergraduate and graduate courses. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Political Science from SNSPA, complemented by extensive research training at various institutions including the University of Bucharest and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
