Dan Block

Dan Block, PMP, has over three decades of experience in project management and business development, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Quality Systems - Product Risk at Steelcase since October 2011. Responsibilities include managing human assets for product recalls and compliance testing. Previous roles at Steelcase involved New Product Development Project Management and business development as Sales Resources Manager and Project Manager across various divisions. Additionally, Dan owns Abyss Dive Charters, organizing recreational SCUBA diving trips since 1997, and served as Director of Sponsorship for the Western Michigan PMI from 2011 to 2012. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Marketing from Western Michigan University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College.
