Terry Lenhardt

VP, Global Product Management at Steelcase

Named to this role in January 2018, Terry leads the core product categories and regional teams within the global Marketing organization. He is responsible for product launch, product profitability and continuous innovation.

Previously, Terry held a dual role, overseeing all of Steelcase’s IT functions while leading Sales Finance for the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific, which he had done since 2011 with responsibility for corporate financial planning and analysis, marketing finance and operating finance.

Prior to that, Terry was vice president, North American Finance, for Steelcase Inc (2005-10), where he was responsible for implementing North American financial strategy and developing strong monthly and quarterly analyses of financial results.

Terry joined Steelcase in 1994 as vice president of Finance for the Steelcase Design Partnership. In 1997, he became responsible for leading the Market and Business Intelligence function for Steelcase North America. Terry later served as vice president of Corporate Strategy & Development.

Prior to joining Steelcase, Terry worked for 10 years at Unisys Corporation, where he held a number of finance leadership positions, including director of Corporate Planning and Analysis and director of finance, Japan Operations. Terry began his career as an auditor for the public accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co., where he earned certification as a public accountant.

Terry earned a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from Wayne State University, and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the Graduate School of the University of Detroit.
