Perry Pabich

Perry Pabich has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Perry currently holds the position of Vice President Design at Steele Solutions, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the design department. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Research and Development at the same company. Before joining Steele Solutions, Inc., Perry was the Chief Operating Officer at the company from 2018 until 2021. Perry also worked at Whiting Corporation as the Senior Vice President for a year. Perry's previous role at Dielectric Corporation involved being the Vice President of Operations and Sales, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw multiple operational departments. Perry was also responsible for safety compliance and improvement programs. At Magnetek, Inc., Perry held the position of GM- Vice President Sales and Marketing, where they had P&L responsibility for the Material Handling Business division and managed multiple sales representatives. Perry's early career includes various management roles at Bushman Equipment, Inc., including Manager of Sales and Marketing/Purchasing.

Perry Pabich attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1976 to 1979, where they pursued a degree in Engineering.
