Steele Talent Solutions is an outsourced recruiting firm built for startups and SMBs that need experienced hiring support, without the cost of a full-time recruiter.

Most growing companies reach a point where leadership is stretched, job boards aren't cutting it, and traditional agencies feel too expensive and too transactional. That's exactly where we come in.

We specialize in Sales & Marketing, Operations, and HR placements across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial sectors.

Our services include Outsourced Recruiting, Retained Executive Search, and Project-Based Recruiting.

After 14 years of in-house and agency experience, Courtney Lucas founded STS in 2025. Our approach: understand your business, move fast, never compromise on fit.

If any of this sounds like where you are right now, let's talk. Reach out directly or visit us at www.steeletalent.com. We'd love to learn about your business.
