SteelLeanel is a deep tech company transitioning exterior wall production from construction sites to fully automated Dark Factories. By substituting traditional construction methods with industrial manufacturing economics, our patented Light Steel Frame (LSF) system and robotic assembly line produce one square meter of finished wall in 36 seconds, reducing manual labor by 80%.

Legacy wall structures are designed for manual labor, making automation inefficient. We redesigned both the product and the manufacturing process from the ground up strictly for robotics. Our 100% inorganic system eliminates widespread insulation quality issues, reducing operational energy consumption by up to 60% and embodied carbon emissions by over 50% compared to traditional methods.

We operate on an asset-light Factory-within-Factory (FwF) and licensing model. Our proprietary Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) integrates automated design, local building codes, and robotic manufacturing. We scale by partnering with existing industrial players, generating revenue through automated production line sales, system licensing, material supply, and lifecycle MOS services.

Addressing the productivity crisis within a €240B global market, our technology is protected by 22 patents globally and validated at TRL 6–7 through over 20 PoC projects and strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Sika and voestalpine.

We are currently raising a €6M Seed round to transition from validation to global commercialization.
