Jonathan Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan is currently the Director of Customer Success at SteelSeries, where they serve as a stakeholder for the Gaming Industry company's Customer Success Division. In this role, they work closely with the Digital Engineering team to scope out future projects and addresses customer requests. Jonathan also implemented an internal immersion plan and training process. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as the Manager of Customer Success at SteelSeries.

Before joining SteelSeries, Jonathan worked at Redfin from 2016 to 2021, starting as an Associate Agent and eventually becoming the Regional Manager of Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for over 10,000 accounts and $50M+ in revenue in the US and Canada. Jonathan developed training programs for Partnership Accounts and the Customer Success division, identified market trends, and created strategic success plans. Jonathan also played a role in forecasting future program needs and designed processes to facilitate cross-functional communication.

Jonathan's earlier employment includes owning and operating Finished Detailing, working as the District New Store Manager at Carlson Restaurants Inc, and serving as a Senior Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless Corp. Jonathan also held the position of Head of Erosion Control for New Home Construction at Cornerstone Builders.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated strong leadership, training, and communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving success in various roles.

Jonathan Griffin attended Libertyville High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their GED. From 2002 to 2005, they attended the College of Lake County, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown. In 2005, they enrolled at National Louis University and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Management with a minor in Finance in 2007. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, Jonathan attended Eastern Illinois University where they pursued education but did not obtain a degree.
