Casey Albert

Managing Partner at SteelSky Ventures

Casey Albert is the managing partner at SteelSky Ventures, where they invest in high-growth, early stage companies in women's health and behavioral health. Prior to joining SteelSky, Casey was the CEO and founder of Kangu, which was acquired by EMC. At Kangu, Casey expanded access to the full continuum of maternal health care services and increased utilization of prenatal health services by 80%. Casey also served as the board chair of the Global Innovation Exchange and as the director of technology and innovation at Results for Development.

Casey Albert attended Columbia University - Columbia Business School, where they earned their MBA. They were president of the International Development Club and vice president of the Global Social Venture Competition while they were a student. They also attended Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs, where they earned their MA in International Affairs with a focus in Economic and Political Development. Lastly, they attended Wellesley College where they studied Education and Political Science.
