As Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, Rick Wada is responsible for external reporting, cash management, and financial analysis for the SteelWave portfolio. In addition, he provides investment analysis on acquisitions, development and sales of assets. Rick has been with SteelWave for his entire 40-year real estate career.
Prior to his current position, Rick was Division Controller and Head of Asset Management.
