Simone Bonavia is a PhD Researcher at UCL since September 2018 and has simultaneously served as a Lighting Designer at Steensen Varming and an Architectural Representative for Young Lighting Professionals since March 2017. Previously, Simone held the position of Project Architect at RKD Architects from October 2008 to August 2015, with earlier experience as a Part II Architect at both Meyer Architects and Architectural Construction Technology. Simone holds a Master's degree in Light and Lighting from UCL, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Engineering and Architecture (Hons) from the University of Malta, awarded in 2006, with additional education from University College Dublin in 2009.
