Anna Jaines

Anna Jaines has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Anna began their career in 2007 as a Sports Massage Therapist and Leisure Instructor at Kenwick Park Health & Leisure Club. In 2010, they worked as a Membership Sales Consultant at Fitness First Sydney. From 2011 to 2012, Anna worked at S2S as a PA/Recruitment Consultant. Anna then joined Steeper in 2012 as a Human Resources Administrator and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Officer from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, Anna became a Senior HR Officer, where they acted as an HR business partner and managed employee welfare and absenteeism. Anna'smost recent role at Steeper has been as the Head of Human Resources since February 2019.

Anna Jaines has a diverse education history. Anna attended Leeds Beckett University from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, with a focus in General. Prior to that, in 2014 and 2015, Anna studied at Leeds City College, but did not receive a specific degree. During this time, they focused on level 5 cipd. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, Anna also attended Leeds City College and obtained a Level 3 Foundation Certificate CIPD (Assoc CIPD). Lastly, between 2005 and 2008, Anna completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Health-Related Exercise & Fitness at Leeds Beckett University.
