Progressive thinking. No time for business as usual.

We are a boutique economic development consultancy, part of the Steer group.

Formed in early 2017, Steer Economic Development was established to enhance the service offer of its parent company, Steer, to policy areas such as enterprise, science and knowledge and innovation, skills and employment and wider infrastructures.

We don’t just offer solutions for economic development, we change the way our clients think about it. Bringing together a wealth of experience, we deliver a bold, rigorous, and integrated vision of economic potential. We challenge assumptions and leave our clients with the knowledge and capabilities to succeed.
