Indu Bhushan

Indu Bhushan is the CEO and Director of STEERLife, where they focus on pioneering drug product development using Hot Melt Extrusion, particularly in Oncology and anti-retroviral molecules. They have a rich history of leadership in pharmaceutical development, having previously served as Senior Vice President at Mylan, where they led a substantial team and significantly increased new product submissions. Indu's experience extends back to various roles in companies like Lupin, CADILA Healthcare, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they received the Chairman’s Excellence Award for enhancing bioequivalence in generic product development. They hold a degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and have co-invented over 50 patents and authored multiple research publications in the field. Outside of work, Indu enjoys growing fruits and vegetables, reflecting a passion for nature.
