Gregory Bruno

Gregory Bruno is the Global Head of Learning & Development at Steer, where they lead initiatives to enhance employee skills and facilitate organizational growth. With over 10 years of experience as a talent development partner, Gregory has successfully managed both local and large-scale hybrid learning programs. Previously, they served as Learning & Development Director at Ogilvy, where they implemented training initiatives for North American agencies. Gregory’s career also includes roles at McCann, Warner Bros. Discovery, and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, focusing on leadership and employee development. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University.
