Kay C. is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Transportation Planning at Steer and is a Board Member of the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition. Having previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Micromobility and Transit Policy Strategy at Lyft and Senior Planner and Urban Designer in the Planning Department of the City and County of San Francisco, Kay brings extensive experience in urban design and transportation planning. Kay also held various roles in business development and planning across multiple organizations, including Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and WSP.
