Lawrence Penn

Lawrence Penn is a Senior New Mobility Consultant at Steer and was recognized as a CILT 35 under 35 in 2024. They previously worked as a Consultant at WSP in the UK, focusing on future mobility concepts and sustainable urban freight from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Lawrence served as a Graduate Engineer and Assistant Consultant at WSP and gained initial experience as an Officer Cadet with the Royal Air Force. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master’s degree in Transport Planning from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they have been performing as a swing singer since 2015.
