Tom Leach

Tom Leach is the Associate Vice President of Rail and Transit Strategy at Steer North America, where they help transit and planning agencies develop and prioritize major projects while making informed funding decisions. With a focus on boosting post-pandemic ridership and conducting cost-benefit analyses, Tom has significantly contributed to securing grant funding for various rail and transit investments. Originally from London and now based in California, they bring an international perspective to contemporary transportation challenges. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
