They served as the Chief of Staff for Politico-Military Affairs at the Joint Staff before assuming their current role as Director of Sustainment at SteerBridge Strategies, LLC. Throughout their career in the United States Marine Corps, they held multiple command positions and excelled in strategic planning, supply chain management, and team development. Bill holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
