Elizabeth Ruggles

Elizabeth Ruggles has a diverse background in engineering and strategic roles, with notable experience as a Test Engineer at Venti, LLC, from 2018 to 2020, focusing on prototype testing for firefighting sensors. Prior to that, they held positions at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) as the F/A-18 Hydraulics and Flight Controls Lead and Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics on F-414 Engines between 1997 and 2000. From 2011 to 2020, Elizabeth worked as a Systems Engineer at KBR, Inc., and served as the Systems Engineering Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2003 to 2007. Currently, they are the AI/ML Integration Lead at SteerBridge since 2025 and were the Director of Strategy at Render Security Engineering from 2020 to 2025. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1995.
