With a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Management and Technology, they possess extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, logistics, and process improvement. Previously, Matthew held various leadership positions, including Maintenance Material Control Officer and Aircraft Maintenance Officer, where they consistently enhanced aircraft readiness and managed complex logistics operations. They have demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and efficiency throughout their career in naval aviation.
