Mélanie Viout has had a varied work experience since 2016. In that year, they began as an Assistant Marketing at Communication agency Made in Mouse. In 2017, they held the positions of Marketing Assistant at FOR RESULTS and International Business Development Assistant at Inflexion Private Equity. In 2019, they were a Market Researcher Assistant at CRT Occitanie and a Volunteer during the call for innovative projects at the service of the City at Business Innovation Center (BIC). In 2020, they were an Assistant Product Marketing Manager at lastminute.com and a Digital Account Manager Hyundai and Multi-media marketing assistant at Ekstend Group. Finally, in 2022, they became a SEA Manager at STEERFOX.

Mélanie Viout has a Bachelor degree in economic and social sciences from Lycée Louis Pasquet, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Mélanie then completed a DUT Techniques de commercialisation from Avignon Université between 2014 and 2016. Following this, they pursued a Licence in Marketing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed in 2017. Mélanie then completed a Master 1 in Marketing from Montpellier Management in 2019, followed by a Master 2 in Marketing from the same institution in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications from Google Ads in both Google Ads pour la publicité sur le Réseau de Recherche and annonces Shopping, which they obtained in April 2022.
