John Slimak

John Slimak is the founder and CEO of SteerPoint, a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and SEM. John has over 20 years of experience in the internet and technology industries.

Slimak began their career in the US Army, serving as a 10th Mountain Division MP from 1986 to 1989. John then co-founded HomeChoice.com, a digital discount real estate company, in 2003. John served as the company's president until it was acquired by another company in 2005.

In 2001, Slimak founded HomeYeah.com, a venture-funded provider of limited real estate services. The company was based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with corporate headquarters in San Bernardino, California. John served as the company's president until it was acquired by another company in 2003.

Slimak has been working in the SEO and SEM industry for over 20 years. John founded SteerPoint in 2009 and has been its CEO ever since. Under their leadership, SteerPoint has become one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the United States.

John Slimak has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Marian University Indianapolis. John also has a Certification from Semrush in Semrush SEO Toolkit Exam and a Certification from Semrush in Semrush for Digital Agencies Certification. In addition, they are Google AdWords Certified and has a Certification from Google in Google Analytics.
