Anne RINGUET has extensive experience in energy management and project management, currently serving as Management de l'énergie France and Chef de projet Black Belt at STEF since February 2003. Anne has led initiatives to implement lean methodologies and develop logistics business frameworks, as well as spearheading DMAIC black belt studies focused on fuel consumption. Other roles include support for ISO9001 management systems and strategic restructuring of logistics activities. Additionally, Anne is involved in teaching energy management at the Université Catholique de Lyon and participates as a member of the Club Energie Rhône Alpes. Past experience includes directing operations at 5ème SAISON, focusing on product transformation and development. Educational qualifications include a degree in agro-food engineering and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
