Benoit Havez

Benoit Havez has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as DRH de la BU GMS at STEF since April 2008, overseeing 2,700 employees across 20 sites in France and focusing on logistics for food products for major distributors and e-commerce. Previous roles at STEF include DRH de la BU Frais et Tempéré, managing 1,000 employees over 8 sites, as well as Adjoint DRH and Responsable RH at STEF Logistique Rhône Alpes, where Benoit managed human resources in a challenging cold environment for a team of 180. Prior experience includes working as a career manager at Groupe PSA and serving as an internal consultant for change management in IT projects. Benoit holds a Master Grande Ecole in Organisation and HR from ESCP Business School, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
