François Geor

François Geor is currently the Directeur performance BtoC at STEF, where they leverage their extensive experience in logistics and management. They previously held various managerial roles at Carrefour from 2010 to 2020, including responsibilities in project management, training, and change management for the drive sector. François demonstrated success in transforming operational processes and enhancing team performance, notably leading their team to double order numbers at the Carrefour drive in Sainte Geneviève des Bois. They began their career in service management at Grand Cirque and Domino's Pizza, where they honed their leadership and customer service skills. François holds a Baccalauréat in Physical Sciences and a BTS in Electronics.
